The Sweet Cake Bake Shop Co is nothing short of AMAZING! You don't have to be gluten sensitive to enjoy eating the creations here. However, if you do have any sensitivity or allergy, this is the place to be. Everything here is gluten free and everything I’ve tried is delicious and I’ve tried so many different things-here’s a look at their current menu. I was just in Salt Lake and drove up early enough to get some of their cinnamon rolls and orange rolls. Holy crap. After years of feeling like I’d never be able to eat a cinnamon roll again, they go and make some of the best ones I’ve ever had. The bars are also incredible. I don’t ever discriminate on flavor because theyre always great. Apricot and cream? Yes thank you. Raspberry delight? Of course. Put them all in my mouth. They’ve got cookies, lemon bars, brownies, cupcakes, scones, and fresh loaves of bread, all different kinds baked on different days. If you can get there early, do, so you’ll have options before things sell out.

Her dedication to offering a full cornucopia of delectable gluten free offerings is a gift to us all. They also offer some vegan and dairy free options. At this point, I don’t think they offer delivery, so if you’re in the Salt Lake area, do yourself a favor and drive up to Bountiful for these awesome goodies.
